We are here to help you throughout your vehicle ownership experience, from your initial purchase to the time you decide to lease or buy another vehicle. Even if you purchased your vehicle elsewhere, we are happy to provide you with the best in service from major repairs to maintenance and any needed warranty or factory recall repairs for all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and RAM vehicles.

We also provide Massachusetts vehicle state inspections, no appointment needed, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm  and on Saturday from 8:00am to 12:30pm.
Our professionally trained staff will listen to your needs, provide you with any needed updates and always advise you with an accurate time and cost estimate before we proceed with any repairs or recommended maintenance your vehicle may require.

Helpful Tips for a Smooth Service Appointment Experience 

If this is your first time planning to come into our Service Department, we welcome you!

We ask that you please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to ensure we have the proper amount of time to go over all of your needs. In addition, to speed the process for you, if your vehicle has never been into our service department, please bring your vehicle registration inside with you, this will aid us in adding all of your information correctly into our system.

Your scheduled appointment time is set for you to meet with your Service Advisor to ensure we have all of your needs properly understood and documented and to go over any other recommended services, This set time is not the exact time we will begin working on your vehicle. Please allow yourself enough time for this process so that we may provide you with the best possible experience.

Under certain conditions we may ask that you have enough time allotted to go on a road test with us to identify the exact issue with your vehicle, in order to ensure we can diagnose and repair your vehicle correctly, the first time, with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

With today's very complex vehicle systems there are times when you may be asked to leave your vehicle with us rather than wait for it. We will do our best to try and determine this at the time we make your appointment based on your description of the concern you are experiencing. Some concerns such as your vehicle not shifting properly, running poorly, electrical issues, as well as many other types of concerns, could take several hours to properly diagnose and repair. Scheduling a drop off appointment ensures we have the time we need as well as you not being under the pressure of having to wait at our facility for an uncomfortable amount of time.

We offer after hours drop off service, our secure drop off box is located to the left of the service and parts entrance. Please completely fill out a provided envelope including your name, reason for your visit and a good phone number to reach you that day. We also ask that you please remember to sign the bottom of the envelope for us.

We serve all of Western Massachusetts & New England, from Winchester New Hampshire, Brattelboro Vermont, Keene New Hampshire all the way down through Northampton Massachusetts and the Greater Springfield Massachusetts area as well!
